We currently have available two part time opportunities for experienced Medical Receptionists to join this small but rapidly growing private specialist practice, located in Heidelberg.
Currently the days required to be covered are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (two days per position) - which can be worked out any way! Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with some earliest starts and later finishes (during consulting).
Responsibilities include:
- Front desk reception
- Answering telephones
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Preparing and receipting patient accounts
- Bookings and administration for various tests
- Filing and pulling histories
- Usage of Smartrooms software (Apple Mac)
- Previous experience working within a Private Specialist Practice is essential. Strong communication and organisational skills are required along with high level computer literacy.
Remuneration: $20.00 per hour permanent.

- Commercial experience implementing and/or developing and administering Business Objects Enterprise
- Strong Data modelling and SQL database skills are essential. SQL Server, Oracle and SAS experience will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and experience in Data Warehousing
- Experience in Data Integrator or other ETL tools is advantageous
- Experience with other BI tools is beneficial
- Enterprise Performance Management or Data Quality XI experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to work with users to define and document business requirements

- Documentation of all processes and procedures used to perform the above duties in a consistent, repeatable and reliable fashion, with an emphasis on sustainable service delivery in a team environment.
- As a member of a managed services delivery team, you contribute proactively to maintaining a high-energy, positive, proactive and productive team environment.
- To be successful and considered for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 12 - 18 mths experience working for an enterprise organisation, as a PABX/Voice support officer. You must have an excellent understanding of Voice/CPE products and it is ‘ESSENTIAL’ that you are able to obtain the relevant Security Clearance required to perform this role or have had security clearance previoiusly as this will be working across a major federal government account. Excellent communications skills are essential for this role, due to wokring with high profile government clients.
