Corporate Services Assistant

This is your opportunity to join an iconic kiwi company in the business of looking after New Zealanders and the things they value for over 130 years.
We are looking for the ultimate organiser and co-ordinator to take on the exciting role of Corporate Services Assistant.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role, and have worked at an executive and Board level. We imagine you’ll come from a Legal Executive and Executive Assistant type role with a corporate organisation.
This role is a composite of Executive Assistant services to the Company Secretary, co-ordination and production of our internal newsletters, and monitoring company-wide compliance with our TOWER Brand guidelines.
You will be assisting our Company Secretary in Board Meeting preparation and administration, and in the many regulatory and statutory requirements TOWER has as a publicly listed Company. .
To be successful in this role you will have excellent spoken and written English, have a flair for writing, and an effective communication style. You’ll be proactive, have a great service ethic, very strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines. You’ll have the capability and the initiative to successfully work autonomously.
