A high profile Federal Government Department is looking for a Receptionist on a part-time basis to assist with the following:
• Undertake receptionist duties.
• Meet and greet visitors, handle enquiries and advise relevant staff of their arrival.
• Undertake switchboard duties screening and filtering calls
• You will also provide administration, data entry and typing as required by the administration team
As the successful candidate you will have worked in a similar position, possess excellent communication skills, be very well presented and have a high attention to detail. If you are a skilled professional with a passion for customer service we want to hear from you!
