The ideal candidate is an energetic, assertive, articulate individual who wants to enhance his or her skill set and work in a dynamic, team-based sales environment.
Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will be to firstly assess the financial status and needs of both existing customers and new leads, and then to provide holistic, quality financial advice. New leads will be generated through the organisations busy network. Your ability to educate, coach and develop staff to identify and refer quality leads, will play a big part toward success of this role.
Structured activity planning and full use of the organisations extensive support resources will aid you in your ability to provide quality advice, adhere to this organisation?s high compliance standards and achieve the revenue and retention targets set.
You will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to initially build rapport , identify clients? and referrals? real needs, communicate solutions and finally maintain and develop ongoing relationships.
PS146 compliance is a pre-requisite as is a proven track record in financial planning, customer relations and sales.
