A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service/Technical Support Officer to join a global leading communication carrier.
You would be an energetic go-getter with excellent technical, communication and problem solving skills to provide customer service and technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Solve all customer requirements (phone, mail, fax, e-mail, internet) including follow up and complaints.
- Provide technical advice and Inform customers of new products and prices
- Market Companys products and services over the phone
- Mail distribution to customers, eg brochures and manuals
- Liaise with Technical Support and Marketing areas as per procedures
Technical/Background - Retail or call centre background
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy/keyboard skills
