SENIOR / PROJECT MANAGER - CLIENT SIDE
Marble Group specializes in recruiting Client Side Project Managers (CSPM). Our Company’s ethos is to take a long term approach in assisting you to make the right decisions regarding new companies, career progression, training & development and remuneration.
We are currently working for several leading Client Side Project Management Consultancies who are currently working on projects that include land, residential, apartments, commercial, retail, industrial and mixed use. We are looking for people with appropriate skills and experience to take up these opportunities.
Senior Project Manager
-Have a minimum of 5 years relevant project management experience
-Have a Bachelor of Engineering/Construction Management
-MBA would be highly regarded
-Business acumen is essential
2 X Project Managers
-Over 3years proven project management experience in a resources, property or construction capacity.
-Solid understanding of the development process
-Broad range of skills including marketing, cash flow and project management skills
-Have the drive to make things happen
2 X Assistant Project Managers
-Proven experience in a project management role
-Have a Bachelor of Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management
-Exhibit a passion for project management / property development
-Have the desire to learn and advance your career
-Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are essential
