Our client, an autonomous government agency, is presently seeking a Documentation Writer for an initial contract period of 3 months, with the possibility of a 3 month extension thereafter. The individual that will undertake this contract will be providing documentation support services to the Service Delivery centre to assist in the production and maintenance of appropriate policy, procedure and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- Strong experience in writing policy and procedure documents including training and user manuals.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to extract information from individuals within the team;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Solid communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills; and
- Ability to effectively deal with both technical and business staff.
