Scope of Work
- Technical Writing including Design and develop training materials for both instructor-led and remote learning formats (e.g. instructor guides, self-paced training, teleconferencing, computer based training) as appropriate
-Design and develop support materials (e.g.handouts,PowerPointpresentations)as necessary as part of the development of training packages
-Maintain and revise existing training materials and assist in the implementation of training programs
Skills and Experience Requirements
-5-6 years Technical Writing expertise in an SAP project implementation,with involvement in 2-3 live implementations.
-Proven success in working with and across Business and IT Delivery Teams to deliver effective and cost efficient technology based solutions.
-Development of User manuals and training materials
-Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules
