Scope of Work
-Lead the Training team
-Training Project alignment
-Development of the project training strategy
-Develop standards and processes for training
-Managing, Planning and design training.
Skills and Experience Requirements
-8-10 years working in large complex IT environments, including 5-6 years SAP training experience.
-Solid success in working with and across Business and IT Delivery Teams to deliver effective and cost -efficient technology based solutions, SAP implementations in particular.
-Adult learning and development qualifications.
-Extensive experience implementing end user training activities within a SAP HCM environment.
