My client is a well known and respected National Transport Company who has been in the market for three decades. In anticipation of record breaking second half revenue, they now require the services of Multiple Sales Executives in their Sydney Division.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the successful candidates will promote a wide range of Transport Solutions to various Large Corps & SME’s. Working in a designated territory, your primary function will be to convert potential leads into loyal customers while managing a small portfolio of existing accounts. A Familiar, working knowledge of the Sales Cycle is a prerequisite as is the ability to Promote a ‘Solution’ rather than merely a ‘Service or Product’.
You should have at least TWO Years Direct Sales Experience (preferably in the Transport Industry) to the Corporate Market. A proven track record in successfully achieving sales budgets and KPI’s while demonstrating an ability to exceed expectations. Your knowledge and practical experience of the total sales cycle is essential for this role.
On offer is a base package circa 80k & an OTE of another 40k, uncapped. As my client is looking for someone to grow within the business, you can expect full & ongoing training from the beginning, culminating in a promotion after only 12 Months!!!
