My client is a well established boutique residential builder. With over 15 years in the business, they have grown. With a portfolio that always impresses, and with projects ranging from $1m - $5m, they are regarded as high end market leaders. Their award-winning business model comprises an extraordinary pool of construction talent that deliver projects that are built not only to innovate today, but to stand the test of time.
They seek a motivated Leading Hand to aid and assist their on site activities. You will have proven experience on jobs in excess of $1m working on luxury homes. You will be motivated and looking to commit to a position long-term, and most importantly, you will be a great communicator who can drive the guys on site whilst working together with the Site Manager.
In return, you will be given real support and training from the best in the business. You will be encouraged to take on more responsibility at your own pace, and to truly immerse yourself in the process of delivering high end luxury homes. You will also be paid well and also have the opportunity to work your way to being a Site Manager.
