Listed on the ASX, my client is one of Melbourne’s most diversified property groups. The company covers development of residential high rise apartments, investment in income producing high rise residential and commercial properties. Due to project demands this leader is looking to appoint an Architectural Designer who will become a part of the High end residential design team.
You will possess the following;
- Ideally have 5 years local post grad experience
- Be degree qualified in an Architectural / Design discipline
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
- Exposure in concept design for high end residential.
- Have experience with working within budgets
- Possess strong concept design ability as well as strong documentation skills
