At Beaurepaires a vacancy exists for an Assistant Manager in our Hurstville Store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas and taking over management duties in their absence. We pride ourselves on the level of training provided and thus offering our staff members long term career progression. In this varied role, along with the Store Manager you will be responsible for staff management, sales and customer service, budgeting, store administration, stock handling and delivery, debtor control, daily banking and reconciliation, protection of the store premises and assets and any other additional duties are directed by the Store Manager. In order to be successful in this role, experience in a similar position is required along with a desire to learn and progress within a company with a wealth of opportunity.
