An established and quickly growing International cosmetics brand are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to concentrate on their high-end brand.
As Brand Manager, you will be driving campaigns that ensure cohesive brand alignment and ultimately, continue to significantly increase and enhance brand awareness. This will see you develop and implement brand plans, as well as advise on and implement strategic direction of marketing. This multi-faceted role will require involvement in stock & receivables, packaging, product merchandising, analysis and evaluation of the existing business, research of health, beauty & lifestyle trends, key accounts and media.
You will evaluate relevant data as an input for range planning, design and product innovation. This is an integral role within the company and you will be considered a senior member of the team, which will involve meeting regularly with design, marketing and sales subsidiaries to analyse sales results, new trends, information from key accounts and competition as a feedback for the continuous improvement of the product line.
What we are looking for is an exceptionally strong Brand Manager with a thorough understanding of the Lifestyle/Beauty or Health sectors as well as experience with local regulatory requirements within the cosmetics industry and delivery from concept to launch.
