Establish yourself as a Construction Manager with an award winning construction company. Based in Adelaide, you will have the responsibility to deliver projects covering both the commercial and industrial sectors.
As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the detailed design and construction of projects, and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, safely and with the required quality.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Actively plan and manage the design and construction delivery phases with consistency and a high standard of quality
- Identify, manage and monitor budgets, project costs and risks
- Provide input on procurement and technical services strategies
- Ensure EH&S and QA policies are adhered to
- Manage consultants and contractors
- Implement project management plans
For this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in an engineering or construction discipline, and a minimum of 5 years construction experience, including Design Management, construction planning and management, managing cross functional teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management and client management.
Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $120 - 160k. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
