Based out of South Australia, and servicing project needs across the country, this leading organization has been operating for over 20 years within the civil construction industry. Employing over 400 personnel and with project capabilities including structures, marine, road construction, and power, they have successfully completed projects for a variety of clients. Due to constant expansion and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage the overall construction of new and existing projects.
As Construction Manager, you will show the following skills and abilities:
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Ideally 15+ years experience with 10 years in a management role
- Civil project exposure about $20M
- Oversee safety, environmental and quality assurance
- Maintaining construction schedules
- Management and negotiating skills
- Liaise with the client
- Coordinate and manage staff and sub-contractors
This is a role within the senior management team and you will be offered a competitive salary package with the opportunity to work with a variety of project types and sizes. Based in South Australia, applications with local experience will be highly regarded however not essential.
