This large, diversified and geographically distributed organisation provides quality service throughout the community, including an investment service. Due to the continued success of this operation, the opportunity is now available for a Customer Service Officer to join the team.
Reporting to the Manager, your role primary role is to assist with the day to day operation and processing of transactions including client enquiries and follow-up, processing of investments, withdrawals, interest payments and other general clerical duties.
With your experience having ideally come from a banking or credit union background, it will be supported by your confidence, self motivation and attention to detail. The role is flexible enough to be either full or part time, with the organisation happy for you to work within school hours.
