As Floater Secretary, you will enjoy fast pace, variety, have a flexible approach and are able to hit the ground running in any department.
Tasks include:
- Extensive audio typing
- Telephone liaison
- Daily management of meetings
- Telephone liaison, client liaison, reception
- Database management
- Processing bills
- Database management
- Document production
- File management
Your Talents:
- Ideally you will possess 2-3 years PA/Secretarial experience within the legal industry. Fast and accurate typing ability is a must, as is advanced MS Word and a keen eye for detail.
