Calling all Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants! We have a diverse range of respected clients who require your skills.
Work with senior partners and managers, to provide support. You will be a confident individual with previous experience providing a high level of executive support who is professional and ready to make a difference.
Your typical daily duties may include:
- Managing diary appointments, organising travel
- Managing the flow of correspondence and documents, maintaining office and document security, keeping papers and materials up to date
- Drafting and editing routine correspondence, documents and general administration
- Preparation of draft bills, monthly billing and necessary liaison with the accounts section
- Telephone use, visitor reception and other administration tasks as necessary
Your key skills include:
- Expert secretarial skills, including typing, grammar and spelling
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Organisation and numeracy skills
- Intermediate to Advanced abilities across Microsoft packages
