We are looking for exceptional Personal Assistants who want to temp.
To qualify you will be a confident individual with previous PA experience providing a high level of executive support.
In a PA role you are a key team support, and need be able to multi-task, meet deadlines have a great sense of urgency and not be afraid to do those smaller tasks or get your hands dirty.
This is a great all-round position for someone wanting to step up and really show people what they are made of.
Typical daily duties may include:
- Managing diary appointments, organising travel
- Managing the flow of correspondence
- Draft and edit routine correspondence, documents and general administration
- Preparation of draft bills, monthly billing and necessary liaison with the accounts section
-Telephone use, visitor reception and other administration tasks as necessary
Key skills include:
-, including typing, grammar and spelling
- Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills
- Organisation and numeracy skills
- Advanced abilities across Microsoft packages
