Our client, a small Civil Construction Company, centrally located at Magill, has a permanent vacancy for a Systems Manager (Integrated Management Systems).
Reporting to the General Manager, some of the duties you will be responsible for include:
- Managing and reviewing the IMS system, procedures and records, in conjunction with the General Manager
- The implementation of health and safety issues within the IMS
- Review and close out of safety, environmental and quality audits and reports
- Maintenance of inspection, measuring and test equipment registers
- Project IMS control
- OH&S risk analyses and preparation of safety instructions
- Safety/Environmental incident reporting
- Site audits - external and internal
To be successful in the role, you will have sound knowledge of the Civil Construction Industry, be able to read technical data (information on construction drawings and job specifications) and have experience in Quality, Environmental and Safety.
An engineering background would be advantageous but is not essential.
