ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – CONTRACT 3 MONTHS
We are a wholesale company which is based in newly built offices in Manukau. We require the services of an experienced Accounts Administrator to cover for someone who is on annual leave. You must be available over the Christmas period.
We are seeking someone to start immediately and hit the ground running.
If you have the following attributes then we want to hear from you.
-Sound knowledge of MYOB payroll a must
-Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-A full understanding and proficiency in all accounting procedures up to Trial Balance. Min 3 years NZ experience.
-Knowledge of Exonet would be an advantage.
-We require a person who is a proactive thinker with a can do attitude.
-Clear written and spoken English
-Mature responsible attitude
-Full drivers licence
This position is full time 8.30 – 5.00pm (with some flexibility). There is also the potential of a more permanent position after the 3 month contract expires.
