Your day will be busy in this varied administration role that will see you responsible for a range of duties from internet research and data entry to accounts, daily banking and reconciliations.
We are looking for someone with…
-Excellent customer service. you will be able to build rapport quickly and emphasise with a range of people.
-Knowledge of MYOB and experience with accounts (would be advantageous)
-An eye for detail and accuracy, also strong administration skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
-Availability for 6 months with no holidays planned over the Christmas period
Above all it’s the attitude that counts - we are seeking someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to lend in and pitch a hand wherever needed. This is a small close-knit team so you will need to be a friendly team player.
