Amazing Administration Assistant Required
Brent started his career as a school boy grooming vehicles, and has now been in the vehicle industry for over 30 years.
With 2 busy workshops and 3 dealerships, including our brand new Commercial Dealership at 2 Moorhouse avenue, Brents Toyotas is a fast paced and friendly team of around 25 Staff that strives for excellent customer satisfaction in all areas.
We are proud to have promoted our current Administration Assistant into the new role of Customer Care Administrator and now we are seeking someone amazing to join our team as her successor.
Reporting to the Administration Manager and providing admistrative support to the Service Department, your normal hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. You will be based at our 101 Moorhouse Avenue site and your duties and responsibilitys will include:
No specific formal qualifications are required for this position, but it is expected you will have successfully completed at least three years secondary schooling and have a good level of common sense intelligence. You will also have a current and clean driver’s license.
