Assistant Accountant
With their office based within an excellent South Auckland location this large organisation are looking for a senior assistant accountant to join the team. As the market leader in their industry this organisation have aggressive plans in place to continue growing the organisation. You will be provided with many opportunities to demonstrate your strong accounting skills and expand your skills further.
As the assistant accountant you will be reporting to an accountant. Your key responsibilities will be to assist with the preparation of month end accounts, reconciliations, assisting with the internal audit process, fixed assets and other adhoc duties.
In order to be successful for the role you are required to have excellent communication skills which will allow you to develop strong relationships with people across all levels of the business. Other important qualities for the role will include self-motivation skills, enthusiasm to complete the job to a high standard and the drive to progress your skills further. You will also need at least two years practical New Zealand experience at the assistant accountant level.
