Contract Financial Controller
Looking for a hands-on role to get you well into 2009? This is a role not to be missed!
Covering a period of leave, you will be working closely with the Directors of this established company with existing and upcoming projects around the world. With three direct reports, and aside from the usual accounting duties, you will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders, managing funding and cashflow, preparing management accounts as well as liaising with the auditors as required.
To be successful, you will ideally be CA (or similar) qualified with demonstrable experience working within a property development environment. Aside from solid Excel skills, given the commercial nature of the role you will have sound communication skills.
