Personal Assistant Up to $48K
Requirements :
-Supporting the manager and a busy team of 8 your responsibilities will include:
-Diary management
-Scheduling meetings
-Booking Travel
-Meeting Minute taking
-Processing invoices
-Formatting documents
-Proof reading correspondence
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience supporting a senior manager and be able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients. You will need to possess a high level of professionalism, have great attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the MS Office Suite. In return, you will receive ongoing training and development and a supportive team environment.
