Sales Engineer

In this position you will use your technical expertise and sales skills to negotiate the sale of high value capital equipment. You will be responsible for generating sales from industry reports, tenders and sales research. By determining client requirements and design parameters you will develop and implement strategies to maximize the acceptance of your proposals. Working closely with the operations team you will project manage the installation and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required in the building industry or a related field as you will be liaising with architects, property developers, builders and statutory authorities.
