Service Administrator
Are you a customer service guru with coordination skills second to none! Do you enjoy being the hub with your finger on the pulse?
Our client is the New Zealand distributor for mini hydraulic excavators and have been the leading supplier to this market for the last ten years, and still are today. They currently seek an experienced Service Administrator based in Christchurch and covering the South Island region.
You will be responsible for coordinating service technicians and may have previous experience working in distribution centres or similar environments where scheduling and allocating work orders are part of your daily tasks. Using an RT will be nothing new to you and in fact will enjoy the daily communication you will have with the Tech’s.
You will excel with your customer service and attention to detail skills, and above all with a welcoming smile in your voice, nothing will be a bother to you and you will enjoy seeing a job through from start to finish.
