A phone based role, you will be assisting clients with queries across a variety of subjects and liaising with advisors to assist with client solutions and provide product knowledge. A true focus on excellence and efficient service delivery will be your key focus.
Previous experience within a financial services environment in a customer service capacity is necessary for this role as is your strong attention to detail and your ability to communicate clearly. A demonstrated aptitude in providing clients with a premium level of service will also be essential.
