Our client is one of Queensland’s predominant Government Departments. We currently have a vacancy for the Director of Information Technology. Reporting the Executive Director of Business Support Services your role as Director of Information Technology you will be required to provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise information management and information and communication technology strategies, policies, and plans which support the department in achieving its business goals.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Substantial executive level experience in Leading, Managing and Directing ICT Services and Strategies.
- Extensive experience in implementation and management of ICT Services within the whole of government.
- Extensive experience in providing expert strategic advice, direction and policy recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with ITIL framework.
