Our client is one of Australia’s largest growing telecommunications providers. This role essentially involves managing the front line Fault Management enquiries for a range of national Corporate and Government departments. A full job specification will be given to all successful applicants before meeting with our client.
Help Desk / Faults Mgt / Customer Service - Telecommunications
- Mon to Fri Business Hours

You must be able to demonstrate:
- Telecommunications Faults Management / Help Desk experience
- Inbound Call Centre skills
- A genuine desire and passion for delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Demonstrated experience working in a high pressured role where troubleshooting was a key part of your role
- The ability to quickly develop business-to-business partnerships to effectively achieve successful workable outcomes
- Team player skills
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Databases
