We currently have an exciting contract position available for an experienced Helpdesk Support Officer.
Link Recruitment are specialists within the IT&T sector with many opportunities across multiple industries including Corporate and Government sectors. We currently have a Helpdesk Support position available performing activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing computer hardware and peripherals at customer sites along with in-house and remote support positions.
Working within the client services, you will be part of the Information Management Division. Your role will involve processing requests and notifications in relation to our practice management system and Lotus Notes database, inputting, maintaining and performing quality checks on data.
Key skills we are looking for include:
- Qualifications in Information Technology including relevant Certifications, Diploma?s or Degree?s.
- Experience in supporting Windows environments
- Maintaining working knowledge of current PC/LAN systems
- Experience working in a large corporate environment
- Experience in providing Phone, Desktop and Remote Support.
