We have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced IT Desktop Support Technician that has exceptional customer service skills to work a market leader. You will be providing Desktop support to multiple clients, computer/software systems, and users within an operation role.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include -
- Provide Technical Desktop, Network and Hardware support in an operation role
- Managing the smooth running of the IT service desk
- Assists staff with troubleshooting, installations, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop, network and communication equipment.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years experience working in a similar position.
- Windows 2000, XP, SOE and Vista
- MS Office Suite 2003 and 2007
- MS Active Directory, Exchange / Wintel , SQL Server
- HP Hardware
- VMware
- IP networking experience including routing, switching, firewall, wireless and remote access technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong Technical Aptitude
- Strong Customer service skills
