Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the claims process from lodgment to settlement
- Providing exceptional customer/client service at al times
- Identify potential fraudulent claims
- Ability to administer claims
Key Attributes:
- 12 months Insurance claims experience (motor & property)
- Previous experience in customer/client service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a team environment
