As an experienced Civil Estimator you understand the importance of your role. Not to just find work but to locate projects that interest the staff with clients who will respect your efforts. It’s not to win the project regardless, but to ensure the agreed profit margin can be met. As an Estimator the company’s future truly lies in your hands!
This is an interesting role that will see you become the Senior Estimator for a very stable firm who possess over 25 years Australian civil construction experience. A firm whose reputation is attributed to their strong commitment to Quality, OH&S, Environment, their innovative approach to construction methodology, and their culture of “partnering” with Clients to complete projects to their specifications and requirements.
As a Civil Estimator with over five years experience you will be very familiar with Benchmark, CCS, Expert Estimator or similar software, have advanced computer talents and strong written communication skills. It is considered an advantage if you also possess a formal qualification in a relevant field.
In return for your skills and dedication to the role my client will reward you with a salary package circa $180 000 backed by a structured personal training and development program. You will also have the opportunity to build your own specialist estimation team in this incredibly autonomous role.
