This large national manufacturing site in Wacol is urgently looking for an experienced Site HR Manager. This is a growing company with a new management team. You will report directly to the General Manager. If you are a ‘Yes Man’ then I’m afraid the answer will be No! We are looking for a big personality who can bring new concepts and ideas for EBA’s, someone who has strong union negotiation skills and experience in going to commission would be an advantage. A generous salary is on offer to the right person.
You will need the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years proven track record across all generalist functions of HR (in a manufacturing environment) including performance management, OH&S, Employee Relations, remuneration, learning and development, etc.
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Effective negotiation skills
- Exposure to project management and consulting
- Good team player
