The company is one of Australias leading property development groups working on commercial, residential and residential projects. With a turnover well over $500 million, you will be working in an environment that delivers innovative & diverse projects. With a mixture of high end and medium density developments Australia wide, this company believes in hiring people for the long term and pride themselves on retaining staff. As a developer this company has all components of project stages e.g. a massive design team, a construction arm, a fit out arm, an interior design / architectural designing arm, facilities management and of Corse the superior development arm.
As their inner city work span continues to flourish, they are in need of 2 Structures Foreman for 2 different sites. The first site is a $125million commercial development comprising of 1 tower, on the outskirts of the CBD and the other is residential development comprising of 2 towers and 1 cluster of town houses that is valued at $50million.
As the Structures Foreman you will need at least 3 - 6 years in the Structures field, a trade background and it is preferable if you have had dealing with pre cast sub contractors, though not essential. There is no substitute for on site experience in this field, structures is a major part of any construction and will always be highly looked upon.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Coordination of site staff
- Managing the specialist foremen under you.
- Assisting with the Programming and scheduling
- Management of sub contractors
- Communication with Design Team
- Client Liaison
- Manage project and site engineers
- Manage IR and OH&S
- Weekly/Monthly reporting to the Senior Project Manager
- Lead site meetings and enjoy the challenges of taking full responsibility for the delivery of high profile high quality projects.
