To support our growth plan, a new role for an end to end Brand Specialist has been created, based in Brisbane. This role is about delivering the outcomes and we are willing to accommodate flexibility of work arrangements for the right person.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative strategic plans for our existing brands as well as managing the launch of new products under those brands.
Your core areas of responsibility will be:
Project Management – Integral in new product introduction.
Brand Management – Supporting our brand management team in the development and implementation of the annual product brand plans.
New Products – Development and presentation of business cases, determining target markets, the preparation of design briefs, the development and execution of launch plans as well as budget management.
Management of External Agencies – Maximising the effectiveness of the results from our external agencies including product design, public relations and creative.
The successful candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Marketing supported by a minimum of five to ten years experience in product / brand management. New product development experience will be attractive but is not essential. You will also have highly developed project management, negotiating and influencing skills to drive results across both new product development and our existing product brands.
