We have an outstanding opportunity for a local Leading Hand Boilermaker to join our Monadelphous Darwin Operations for on-going work. Please note that this position is NOT a Fly in Fly out.
As a Leading Hand Boilermaker your key responsibilities will include:
- Fabrication
- Leading a team of boilermakers,
- Reading and interpreting drawings including isometrics.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Must be living in Darwin.
- Experience in pipe fabrication from 20nb - 600nb carbon and stainless plus structure fabrication.
- Onshore and offshore fabrication experience.
- Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
This role will be hands on and we are looking for a Boilermaker who does not mind to get their hands dirty. Additionally, there may be the opportunity for site work and shutdowns from time to time.
