The ongoing success of this large retail shopping centre has led to the client seeking to recruit a Retail Manager / Assistant Centre Manager to manage the existing centre operation, including the ongoing operation of existing tenants.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring that the centre is trading to maximum capacity at all times at the highest standards of presentation and that all aspects of maintenance are managed proactively and effectively. By managing strong retail relationships, you will minimise debtors and assist the administration team to ensure timely collection of rent. You will manage all aspects of retailer management and lease administration including effective suitable entry and exit strategies for new and existing tenancies.
If you are a retail manager, centre manager, assistant centre manager or marketing manager within the shopping centre industry, this is the ideal role for you.
To be successful in this role, you will be currently working in a retail shopping centre environment as a Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager / Retail Manager. In addition, you may currently be a marketing manager for an owner managed shopping centre.
You will be conversant with all aspects of retailer management including retail knowledge, financial acumen, lease management and OHS / legislation / contractor management.
