Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the total operations and maintenance requirements of many iconic Gold Coast commercial properties.
This is a rare opportunity for real estate professionals currently in a Commercial or Residential Property Management role, to advance their career with the global market leaders in Commercial Property Management.
It is essential that you hold a REIQ Queensland Licence and can confidently demonstrate a high level of drive and motivation to become a leader in your industry. You must be able to build good working relationships, and always maintain exceptional rapport with new and existing customers.
For sourcing new business and securing lease renewals, an attractive commission scheme is in place with potential earnings in excess of $80K. As you are a critical asset to their team strong mentoring and on the job training is offered.
