Network Services Division (NSD) supports Aurora to achieve this objective by providing maintenance and construction services on the electrical distribution system. In addition NSD is responsible for the management of customer connections, meter reading, the Aurora Energy training centre, transmission capabilities and the standards and compliance group, which includes the electrical inspection team.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Electrical Technician to join Aurora in the NSD. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to provide a timely and cost effective service of supply through the connection, alteration or installation of metering equipment.
You will be responsible for:
- Rotating through line servicing, metering and commercial metering duties
- Liaising with clients, customers and other operational staff to coordinate and perform work activities.
- Ensuring client expectations are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Customer Service Standards
- Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance to work standards and practices.
To be successful in this role you must hold a current Electrical Technician’s License and have a strong work ethic, customer focus and safety outlook.
