Aurora Energy provides electricity and natural gas throughout Tasmania and is expanding into national markets. Our expertise in energy contributes directly to Tasmania’s economy and lifestyle.
Network Services Division (NSD) supports Aurora to achieve this objective by providing maintenance and construction services on the electrical distribution system. In addition NSD is responsible for the management of customer connections, meter reading, the Aurora Energy training centre, transmission capabilities and the standards and compliance group, which includes the electrical inspection team
An excellent opportunity has just become available for a Meter Reader to join the Aurora in the NSD at Cambridge. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective meter reading service in line with the relevant policies and procedures.
To be successful in this position you must hold a current drivers license, be physically fit, have a basic knowledge of computers and have the ability to work independently.
