An opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to become the face of a leading Tasmanian company.
This is a job-share arrangement and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 12.45pm one week and 12.15pm to 5.30pm the next.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and coordinating visits with the Security Officer
- Arranging conferences/ meetings
- Ensuring staff details are accurately maintained.
- Provide additional administrative support
To be considered for this position you will need:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Friendly disposition
- To be well presented
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in a similar position
