Stanhope Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to our clients situated in the Hobart area.
This part time position (will consider part time/job share) Monday to Thursday would suit a person with previous experience in community nursing but is not essential.
Our organisation is committed to provide quality nursing, personal care and social support to assist individuals to reside independently in their own homes.
As a Registered Nurse within Community Care you will be responsible for the provision of holistic nursing care to our clients. This incorporates the assessment and provision of clinical care for clients, maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation of client’s files, liaising with client’s family, State Services Manager, Hospital facilities and other allied healthcare professionals.
To be considered for this flexible and rewarding role, you are required to be a Registered Nurse with a current drivers licence and vehicle and a current National Police Check.
