Kathmandu is a progressive outdoor/adventure clothing and equipment retailer with outlets throughout the UK, New Zealand and Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced retail Assistant Manager (Fixed Term Temporary Contract) for our Hobart City Store.
As Assistant Manager you will be expected to inspire and lead a dynamic team, ensuring the profitable running of the store. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered and the store presentation is maintained at an outstanding level, ensuring that the customer experience is an enjoyable one.
This role demands significant retail experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to coach, develop, direct and inspire a team. You will be energetic, enthusiastic and sales driven with a commitment to exceptional customer service. A strong positive attitude is essential!
