As the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team in achieving store standards
- Sales and customer service
- Merchandising and stock control
- Training and development of the team
- Rostering and store administration
The ideal Store Manager will have experience in management at either Store or Assistant Manager level with a strong understanding of merchandising and brand positioning. Customer service will be in your blood and of the utmost importance in achieving success. Apparel knowledge will be an advantage particularly in childrenswear however a stable retail career will also be highly valued.
