We are a fast growing Australian national company providing Voice and Data technology solutions to business encompassing integration of a range of products, technical support and maintenance. We pride our selves on a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a customer focused Technician based in Tasmania who has 4 or more years experience in all aspects of PABX and data network technology, installation, support and maintenance. Preference will be given to applicants with Nortel or Alcatel-Lucent voice solutions experience. You will need to have customer facing skills in this dynamic service role.
You will have a background and experience with one or more of the following:
• Hardware & software installation, configuration and support of PABX systems
• Configuration and operation of PABX management products.
• Experience with voicemail, messaging platforms & call recording.
• Unified Communications deployment and support.
• PABX Networking.
• IP telephony configuration and trouble shooting.
• Demonstrable IP networking skills and experience.
• Experience with other vendor products desirable.
You will be expected to have the following attributes:

You must be an Australian citizen and eligible for government security clearance. Police checks may be performed.
