A unique, newly created position exists within this firm as an Administration Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
- Daily banking
- Filing and scanning
- Administration support to the Directors
- Answering and screening overflow calls
- Preparation of correspondence
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Reception relief
- Collating and binding client information
- Assisting with invoicing and billings
- Assisting with the lodgment of Tax returns
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum have 6-12 months experience in administration. With a genuine desire to excel and grow you will be given ample opportunities to showcase your skills! In return you will be provided with a terrific mentor and be genuinely valued, recognised and rewarded for your efforts! This varied role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, who loves managing a million tasks at once. Intermediate MS Office skills are a must.
